When Consent Happens
Zero Admin operates AI-powered receptionists (such as Lina) on behalf of small service businesses across Canada. When a customer calls one of our client businesses to book an appointment, our AI receptionist answers the call.
During the live, recorded phone conversation, the AI receptionist informs the caller that a text confirmation will be sent to their phone after the booking is complete. By choosing to proceed with the booking, the caller verbally consents to receive this SMS confirmation.
Consent is captured verbally during a live recorded phone call between the caller and our AI receptionist.
What Messages Are Sent
Customers may receive the following transactional messages:
- An appointment confirmation SMS containing the booking details (service, technician, date, time, business name).
- An appointment reminder SMS, where applicable.
All messages are transactional. Zero Admin does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this service.
